Invictus Sixth Football Academy

2020 saw the start of our Football Academy programme at Invictus Sixth Form. The Football Academy offers students the opportunity to study the academic studies of their choice with the academy sessions built around the student’s timetable.

​

Students will receive high quality football coaching from UEFA qualified coaches, led by our Head Coach, ex England and Premier League star Andy Sinton.

​

Alongside academic study, several accredited football/sports specific qualifications will be completed over the two-year period to further enhance students’ experience, including: Level 2 Multi Skills Award, FA courses such as, First Aid, Child Safeguarding and Talent Identification.

​

The programme also includes specific nutritional advice and programming. Strength and conditioning sessions are incorporated and delivered by professional conditioning coaches and there are numerous opportunities for you to compete against different levels of opponents ranging from fixtures in the Association of College League to friendlies verses professional football academy teams and Independent schools.

We believe that this academy will focus on the development of our students as excellent young people with lifelong skills as well as developing them as better players.
