Phillipa is an experienced and passionate education leader dedicated to driving excellence in schools. As Deputy CEO, she plays a pivotal role in shaping strategy across our multiple schools.

Before joining Invictus, Phillipa was a Principal in a large, national multi-academy trust, where she successfully led one secondary school to secure its first-ever Ofsted ‘Good’ rating—an achievement that transformed outcomes for students and the wider community.

With a career spanning over two decades, Phillipa has held a range of senior leadership roles across the West Midlands, making a significant impact on school improvement and leadership development. Her expertise lies in Quality of Education, Professional Development and Leadership, areas in which she has driven lasting change.

A Visiting Fellow and a dedicated NPQ facilitator with Ambition Institute, Phillipa is committed to developing the next generation of educational leaders. She also serves on the Haybridge High School Teaching School Hub Executive Board and is a steering group member for the West Midlands Education Exchange, contributing to regional and national educational practice.
