    Director of Invictus Institute

    Eve is the Director of Invictus Institute at Invictus Education Trust, where she drives school improvement by strategically overseeing subject directors and leading professional development across the Trust. A recognised expert in teaching and learning, Eve has a proven track record of success in pedagogy and classroom practice, positively influencing the outcomes of many young people. She also provides executive-level leadership for marketing and communications within the Trust.

    In her role, Eve identifies training needs across the Trust for both professional services and teaching staff, ensuring the provision of high-quality CPD that enhances career pathways. She is also responsible for promoting external training offers, reaching national audiences and local communities to support wider professional development.

    Before joining Invictus Education Trust, Eve was a senior leader in a local school, where she led whole-school CPD and appraisal. She later transitioned to a trust-wide role, overseeing teacher training and recruitment. Since qualifying as a teacher in 2000, she has worked as a teacher, Head of Science, and Advanced Skills Teacher (AST) from 2006. Her leadership journey has spanned multiple West Midlands schools, specialising in Teaching and Learning, Quality of Education, and staff development.

    A passionate advocate for STEM education, Eve has worked closely with STEM organisations as the Black Country Partnership Lead, championing initiatives that inspire young people to engage with science, technology, engineering, and mathematics. Her commitment to high-quality teaching and curriculum leadership ensures that both students and educators benefit from innovative and impactful learning experiences.

    Eve is also dedicated to professional growth at all levels of education. As a Visiting Fellow for Ambition Institute, she facilitates both the Early Career Framework for teachers and mentors and the National Professional Qualification in Leading Teaching. She collaborates with Haybridge SCITT to support teacher recruitment and training and serves on the executive board of the Haybridge Teaching School Hub.

    In July 2023, Eve earned an MEd in Educational Leadership from the University of Birmingham, further solidifying her expertise in driving educational excellence across the sector.
