Invictus Education Trust is a vibrant family of six secondary schools and a primary school located across the West Midlands and South Staffordshire. Established in March 2015, the Trust was founded by a group of like-minded schools driven by a shared vision of collaboration, innovation, and opportunity.

We follow the School Teachers Pay and Conditions Document for teaching staff and the National Joint Council ( Green Book) for our Professional Services Staff.
You will be eligible for either the Teachers Pensions Scheme or Local Government Pension Scheme depending your job role.
